Deflection controlled rollers

For fabric widths from 1600 mm to 3400 mm

Deflection-controlled rolls ("floating roll" according to KÜSTERS technology) are used in the Jagenberg textile foulards for consistently uniform results.
With the variable line force of the deflection-controlled rolls, the roll gap can be adjusted for each fabric and a uniform line force can be set over the entire roll width. This ensures uniform treatment of the fabric over the entire width, and by varying the line force in the center and edge areas, a large correction potential is also available for irregular fabric properties.
