Since JAGENBERG TEXTILE was founded, the company's S-roll service offer of all types and makes has established itself on the global market within a very short period of time. This undoubtedly has to do with the fact that customers not only benefit from the production know-how of the JAGENBERG plants, but also from the technology of former Eduard Küsters Maschinenfabrik Gmbh & Co. KG.
The latest projects include numerous service orders for textile S-rolls in Turkey, Peru and Thailand. Several (follow-up) orders for nonwoven S-rolls have also been received from the USA.
But it is not only international textile suppliers who appreciate the high-quality work and service provided by JAGENBERG TEXTILE, but also textile machine manufacturers in Germany, who as a result are opting for the original S-rolls. Thanks to a forward-looking inventories strategy and high flexibility, the rolls can either be replaced immediately, or removed, reworked and put back into operation within two weeks, thereby reducing painful downtimes for customers. After all, time means money!
Overall, demand for "Made in Germany" S-rolls and padders increased by 20% in 2017.
